Molybdomancy is a form of divination using metal and water. "the Celtic art of divination” in metal is a pastime which used to be practiced by the Vikings and the Celts hundreds of years ago. It is the practice of seeking knowledge of the future or the unknown by supernatural means. Divination in some form or another can be found throughout history in cultures all over the world, sometimes seen as a systematic method with which to organize what appears to be disjointed, random facets of existence such that it provides insight into a problem at hand. If a distinction is to be made between divination and fortune-telling, divination has a more formal or ritualistic element and often contains a more social character, after all, the future isn’t what it used to be.
